I’m Sean Harrell, and since the inception of my practice, I’ve dedicated my career to protecting the rights and futures of individuals facing criminal charges throughout Colorado. As a proud graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, I embarked on this journey with a single mission in mind: to serve and protect the legal rights of my clients with diligence, respect, and unwavering dedication.
My path into law was fueled by a deep-seated belief in justice and a passion for advocating for individuals accused of crimes and protecting their constitutional rights. With well over a decade of legal practice, I’ve had the privilege of serving as both a prosecutor and private defense attorney. Having served on both sides of the courtroom, I understand how prosecutors evaluate cases and build strategies, allowing me to identify weaknesses in the state’s case and develop stronger defenses for my clients.
Outside the courtroom, I’m just like you. I’m a family man, married with four incredible children who are my world. Together, we’re deeply involved in our local community here in Loveland, participating in everything from school events to local service projects, ballet and basketball, baseball and gymnastics. This connection to our community isn’t just a pastime; it’s a reminder of the lives and families affected by the outcomes of what I do every day.
